And for anyone interested... I (jonas) made a seriously good Rabarb Paj (Rubarb Pie) for dinner last night... I learned that when making a pie crust the crust is actually cooked before the filling is inserted. A rubarb pie is a strange animal... rubarb is very sour... and no it doesn't taste like celery... and then you add sugar... vanilla sugar... and flour in layers to the filling... so the pie is sweet and sour... TASTY!
